The Real Housewives of Miami‘s Joanna Krupa has just plunked down $1.4 million to buy a 42nd floor condo in one of downtown Miami’s swankiest towers, Gossip Extra has learned exclusively.

Public records show Krupa and new husband Romain Zago, a nightclub owner, signed the deed Sept. 23. They obtained a $1.1 million-mortgage.

The lovebirds, whose lavish wedding was one of the highlights of the current season of the Bravo reality show (10 p.m. tonight), have been moving their stuff from a waterfront house they were renting in Miami Beach.

They were cleared to move into the 2,100-square-foot apartment 42C by the condo commandos at the Millenium Tower, according to records. The skyscraper is located in the hip Brickell Avenue canyon.

According to Realtors, Krupa’s crib offers an unobstructed, airplane-style view of the city, Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic.

Her unit, built in 2003, includes stone tile and marble floors, silk grass-cloth wall coverings, floor-to-ceiling windows, electronically-activated blinds, a surround sound system, Murano glass cabinets, and much more!
