flag-societyInveterate playboy Don Soffer, who built the Aventura Mall and Turnberry Isle then revived the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, is set to walk down the aisle for the fifth time in November.

Multi-millionaire Soffer, 80, is marrying hottie Michele King, who’s half his age, on November 2, sources tell me.

The nuptials come just weeks after one of Soffer’s five adult children, son Jeff, married Australian model Elle Macpherson in Fiji.

For some reason, Soffer has been desperate to keep the wedding hush-hush as several of his close friends reached by Gossip Extra said they knew nothing about it.

While King appeared out of nowhere last year, she’s been attached at Soffer’s hip for most of last social season.

She was by his side in photos from functions at Art Basel, several fundraisers and Aventura Mall openings.

Third wife Pat Soffer, who was married to Don for seven years in the 1990s and is 21 years younger than him, said she didn’t see a problem with the age difference between Don and the newcomer.

When asked if Don should be married yet again, Pat said: “People should do whatever they want if that makes them happy!”

The guest list is still being worked on, but chances are singer Tony Bennett and actor James Caan, now starring on ABC’s Back in The Game, and both fast friends of Soffer’s, are on it.

It’s very unusual for an ex-wife to be so ‘understanding’ of her ex-husband marrying a younger model. In fairness, he looks good for an 80 year old, but I wonder what does she see in him?!
