Gossip Extra can reveal that the Key West-style crib overlooking Jupiter Inlet’s historic lighthouse and owned by Grease actress Olivia Newton-John is now listed for $5.9 million, instead of $6.2 million last month when O’Donnell signed a contract to buy it.

MSL listings show the house, a four-bedroom structure with a total 6,300 square feet of space, has now been on the market for 131 days and counting.

Records show the Aussie movie star and singer bought the place in 2009 for $4.1 million.

Then she paid contractor Christopher Pariseleti $2 million to remodel it completely.

O’Donnell backed out of buying after Pariseleti shot himself in the head while his employees were readying the place for O’Donnell.

Friends: Pressure of sale pushed contractor over the edge!

Public records show Pariseleti was heavily indebted. And several of his friends said he had asked Newton-John, whom he considered a friend as much as a client, for a $300,000-loan a few days before his suicide!

it should be torn down. i have never seen such ugly decor in a highend house. the kitchen looks like it was built with wood that washed up onshore. horrible house. great view and pretty from the outside and a nasty nightmare inside :)
