“We’re taking this all the way,” Adler told Gossip Extra. “It’s not about the money. It’s about the principle of the whole thing.

“Justin Bieber and his bodyguards have become a threat to the public. The public is at risk if anyone attempts to take a photo of Justin Bieber!”

The lawsuit, which names Bieber and Broward County-based bodyguard and bouncer Hugo Hesny as defendants, was filed on behalf of Miami Beach shutterbug Jeffery Binion, 56, a longtime pap.

Binion, described as a “wrinkled, skinny guy” by Adler, claims he was approached by four Bieber bodyguards outside The Hit Factory recording studio in Miami. He was taking photos of the singer of Beauty and the Beast skateboarding while on break from taping new music.

One, alleged to be the 250-pound Hesny, grabbed Binion by the neck while the others took his camera and removed Binion’s memory card.

According to the lawsuit, Hesny has no security guard license. And he allegedly displayed a gun despite the fact that he doesn’t have a carrying permit, according to Adler’s lawsuit.

The lawsuit also alleges that Bieber ordered his crew to go after Binion, and he is accused of negligence for failing to manage his security detail.

“All he has to do,” Adler said, “is to hire off-duty cops when he arrives somewhere. He basically hired a bunch of bouncers.”

The Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s office has yet to file formal charges but is aware of the case.

Adler, meanwhile, has made a sport of suing South Florida celebrities.

He once represented bodyguards working for Miami Beach TV talker Rosie O’Donnell who claimed she had them wiretapped.

Adler also went after Miami Beach singer Paulina Rubio for allegedly smacking a passenger at Miami International Airport with her purse.

I think this photog chose poorly in his representation. Isn’t Adler still suspended ? why was he not thrown under the jail w/ Scotty boy ?

  2. Are you serious says

So let me see…someone who spent $20K on floor seats gets their view blocked by the hulking bodyguard who feels it’s necessary to stand up behind this spoiled brat? I don’t think so. Where was arena security to tell this guy to sit down?
