Sofia Vergara: No One to Kick Her Off The Beach!

With a media storm over her getting kicked out of a New Year’s Eve party still raging, Modern Family star Sofia Vergara showed off her assets this afternoon in Miami Beach.

Vergara, 40, and her Delray Beach wannabe politician boyfriend Nick Loeb spent a few hours on the sand near the Loews Miami Beach Hotel near 16th Street.

When the two retreated to the hotel, Vergara took a dive on the stairs — but Loeb jumped to the rescue (right)!

The duo was kicked out of a party at the new Story nightclub Tuesday morning in South Beach.

The incident occurred after Loeb got into an argument with other partiers who spilled Vergara’s drink.

The scene degenerated into an embarrassing four-letter bomb free-for-all between Loeb and Vergara that ended when they were escorted out by security.

The two have had a volatile relationship as of late, including a breakup during the fall.

Obviously, they’ve made up — for now.
