flag-exclusiveA house owned by WSVN-Channel 7 star anchorwoman Belkys Nerey is about to be sold on the proverbial courthouse steps!

The waifish personality of the Fox affiliate has been struggling for more than two years with mortgage holder GMAC over a property she owns with a former life partner Yvette Rosado.

Nerey, 46, and Rosado bought the property with right of survivorship in 1999, but Rosado allegedly stopped paying her share of the mortgage in 2007.

The two have since split.

Neither Nerey nor her attorney commented on the foreclosure.

This is just interesting. Being the main anchor in a top TV market such as Miami, and at a power house. I would think that she could afford to keep this out, and at the very least rent it out until it is sold. Of course don’t know all the circumstances, such as she may own another home she is living in now.
