Not bad for a 23-year-old!

New England Patriots he-man Rob Gronkowski plunked down $1.6 million for a weekend waterfront home in Tampa.

And, according to records, he paid for it with cold, hard cash!

The 265-pound Gronk, one of Pats QB Tom Brady‘s favorite wide targets, should have enough time to decorate the place just so.

The baller broke his arm and could be out for the rest of the season.

Records show Gronkowski bought the four-bedroom, five-bathroom Mediterranean villa in late summer, just weeks after he received a $54 million-contract extension.

Gronk, who’s known to display his impressive chest poolside at hotels during the off-season, will get to watch the sun set on the Gulf of Mexico at will from the house’s second-floor loggia (above).

The 4,700-square-foot rock pile is located inside the fancy, gated Westshore Yacht Club, a planned community that includes a marina with space for 149 boats and a state-of-the-art spa.

Obviously, the house is custom-built for parties — even if, with a zero lot-line, neighbors would be able to hear Gronk burp.

According to MLS listings, three parties can be held at once in separate areas outside the house, including the infinity pool.

Nice touch: A world-class audio system can pipe through tunes indoor and outdoor with the same digital quality!
