It’s yet another incident involving celebrity photos downloaded from a lost smart phone that someone, based in Palm Beach County, is trying to sell them to gossip rags.

Would-be Florida politician and Delray Beach resident Nick Loeb, who is engaged to bootyful Vergara, is steaming mad after it became clear that the photos were pilfered from his lost Blackberry – and offered to the highest bidder.

The stage of undress of the ABC star on the photos is unknown, but they show the Colombian siren in a bathroom and bedroom. Vergara’s management team is on the case — even if there’s no way that the pix are sexier than the view of Vergara’s butt being sewn back into her Emmys dress that she tweeted herself last month (right).

Loeb unsuccessfully ran for Delray Beach Commission in 2005.

    The big Dummy should have learned to lock his phone, especially if he’s going to be taking panties pics of the uberlicious Colombiana.
