While Miami Dolphins star Reggie Bush, her former boyfriend of two years, is busy announcing his new galpal’s pregnancy, E! reality star Kim Kardashian is busy house hunting with her latest dude.

With a camera crew and paparazzi in tow, the hotter of the Keeping Up With The Kardashians characters has been scouring the prettier neighborhoods of Miami Beach with hip-hop biggie Kanye West to see what’s on the real estate market.

No word on whether they found something, but entertainment’s new power couple appeared to gravitate toward waterfront properties – not so far from the condo that Kardashian’s soon-to-be-ex-husband Kris Humphries owns on SoBe.

The 35-year-old singer of Never Let Me Down, meanwhile, showed himself to be a perfect, patient gentleman as he catered to Kimmie’s every need: When it rained, he held her tight under his umbrella; When she said she was starving, he took her for a fancy steak dinner.
