Peter Rosello, the 20-year-old son of The Real Housewives of Miami star Alexia Echevarria accused in a video attack of a sleeping homeless man, has lawyered up big time, Gossip Extra hears.

Runway model Rosello, who’s likely to face battery charges, has hired Miami criminal defense attorney Richard Sharpstein to represent him.
And Sharpstein has already blocked Miami Beach Police detectives from speaking with Rosello until some time next week.
“We expect to meet with Mr. Rosello and Mr. Sharpstein next week for an interview,” Miami Beach PD Spokesman Bobby Hernandez said.
Sharpstein knows a thing or two about high-profile youths in trouble with the law.
Last year, he got the Bahamian government to drop rape charges against then-Florida International University star baseball player Garrett Wittels and two friends.
Rosello is accused in a seemingly gratuitous attack on Gary Lee, a 62-year-old homeless man hit in the groin as he slept.
After Rosello posted his video of the incident on Facebook, police armed themselves with enhanced still photos and went looking for Lee. When they found him, Lee said he wanted to press charges.
Sharpstein has yet to comment.

I’m surprised he didn’t hire Roy Black. Then they could have made it a part of the show!! LOL!

The lawyers have “Blocked” Police from talking to the Punk? ? ?
If the Miami Beach police had a hair on their Azz (but we know they don’t) then they would have cuffed this Punk behind his back (like they would have done You, dear reader) and stuffed his azz in a holding cell, which would have had at least 2-3 homeless guys.
Then, and only then, he could have called this shyster.
