PBC Zoning Commish: You Got Served!

Palm Beach County Zoning Commissioner Sam Caliendo, who’s also a powerful developer, was served a lawsuit during today’s commission meeting!

I’m told Caliendo looked shocked when process server Ron Stevenson of Know It All Investigations handed him the paperwork.

While Stevenson didn’t comment, I’m told Caliendo was trying like hell to avoid Stevenson and other process servers.

Stevenson was the fourth process server on the job since the contract lawsuit was filed by Boca’s Relationhip Management International in Broward County.

“Ron even had to pretend to be walking his dog to get close to Ron’s property,” said one source close to the case. “One server honked the horn for a long time outside his house and Caliendo wouldn’t come out. Another went at midnight. A third shined flood lights into his window.”

Stevenson waited until today’s meeting of the commission, which makes important land use decision, to serve Caliendo.

The phone at Caliendo’s Bentley Realty Group is disconnected and he has not responded to an email for comment.
