Kevin James Buys Insanely Cool Delray House!

Cost him a pretty penny, but actor Kevin James‘ new digs in Delray Beach are among the most tasteful of any celebrity’s South Florida house!

The burly star of Hotel Transylvania and Zookeeper has secretly plunked down $18.5 million for a 12,868-square-foot beachfront mansion in Delray Beach through a trust.

The OpieRussell Trust, according to county records, got the deed to 502 N. Ocean Blvd. on August 1. The trust is in the name of Jeff Sussman, who happens to be the 47-year-old  James’ manager.

For a guy like James who makes a good living playing schleppers, meanwhile, the eight-bedroom, nine-bathroom crib with nearly two acres of beachfront land is anything but King of Queens-like.

For one thing, there’s a meditation room.

Yep, a room just to think.
