Julie Hayek, Miss USA 1983 and a former girlfriend of the Palm Beach part-timer, is writing a book about the ups and downs of her very active dating life.

And for some reason, it always seemed to involve billionaires like Koch, Oracle’s Larry Ellison, Prince Albert of Monaco, hedge fund manager Jim Chanos and real estate maven Richard Cohen.

Hayek dated the 20-year-older Koch for several years before he married current wife and society function companion Julia Flesher in 1996.

Word is Hayek was coy with Koch at first, turning down his pleas to take her out because she was dating basketball star Mitch Kupchak, now the general manager of the NBA’s Los Angeles Lakers.

But when they split in 1989, Hayek finally relented and began dating Koch, a billionaire 31 times over who was deemed by Forbes to be Palm Beach’s richest person.

According to reports from that era, Hayek eventually ended the romance because he was a serial dater and she wanted exclusivity.
