Miami Heat President Pat Riley has settled into his new $11.75-million penthouse high above Miami Beach!

Riles sold his Coral Gables mansion earlier this year for $16.75 million.

And Miami-Dade County documents show the 67-year-old Riley recently homesteaded the 6,200-square-foot penthouse at the Apogee building.

That’s a super-duper-hyper-luxurious 22-floor building on the southern tip of the island!

Riley, who won a total five NBA titles as a coach, and his wife Chris plunked down $11.75 million cash for it!

Riley’s place has 10-foot ceilings, a 180-degree views of the bay, port and ocean.

And it’s got some of the largest terraces in Miami Beach.

And it’s steps away from the coach’s favorite hangout, Joe’s Stone Crab.
