Tiger Woods‘ ex-wife may not have had enough to offer the philandering Woods, but she has won the hearts of the rough-and-tumble construction workers building her North Palm Beach pad!

And not just ’cause she’s blond and Swedish.

Sources at the Seminole Landing site — who signed confidentiality agreements, so they can’t be quoted by name — says Nordegren is often seen daily on the property.

She’s been involved in almost every facet of the project, as she was on Wood’s Jupiter Island house, and most of her decisions are made to ensure that daughter Sam, 5, and son Charlie, 3, have the best of everything!

“She’s been here with the kids. They’ve been playing on the beach. She is very much involved with every detail of the construction,” the snitch said.

“She obviously spends a lot of time with her children. A lot of the guys on the site like that about her. She’s warmly welcomed here!”

While the main house continues to go up, other workers just started on an Olympic-sized pool, a spa and a network of ponds, Wood’s cheated-on ex-wife is working hard on another project.

She’s building an elaborate playground for her two children with the man formerly known as the best golfer in the world.

“Elin is ordering swings and slides and tree houses, all in the best landscaping money can buy,” the source added.

Former nanny Nordegren, 33, caused controversy in her new ‘hood earlier this year when she demolished the $12.3 million-historic manse she bought after her divorce was final.

Blueprints first obtained by Gossip Extra showed how a three-story oceanfront crib somewhat similar to the original. The 21,000 square feet are covered with a cedar shake roof, stucco siding and French doors custom-designed to maximize ocean views.

In June, a worker on the site was rushed to the hospital after falling from a ladder. He has recovered.
