There’ll be some excitement in Tampa after all!

Eighty-two-year-old Hollywood superstar Clint Eastwood has been ID’ed as the hush-hush, state-secret mystery speaker at tonight’s grand finale of the Republican National Convention.

Ultimate tough guy Eastwood, who starred in a slew of blockbusters like Play Misty For Me and Unforgiven will speak right before Florida’s U.S. Senator Marco Rubio and keynote speaker Mitt Romney.

Eastwood is as Republican as they come and no political novice. He was mayor of his hometown of Carmel, Calif., in the 1980s.

American Idol star Taylor Hicks, by the way, is set to perform before Eastwood.

    I love Clint Eastwood but am disappointed that he is willing to prostitute himself for the Republicans.

    I am willing to bet that after his debacle last night, he wont be getting anymore invites to RNC events.
