Rapper/actor Ice-T, whose real name is Tracy Marrow, has just taken a serious hit on the sale of his Sunny Isles Beach condo.

Records show Marrow, one of the stars of Law & Order: SVU, sold his 26th floor, three-bedroom pad at the Sayan on Collins Avenue last month for $1.29 million.

The buyer is a Canadian trust.

Thing is Marrow, 54, who usually portrays tough guys, ain’t so tough when it comes to real estate transactions.

He and his bombshell wife Coco bought the 2,000-square-foot modern-looking crib, with amenities that include a sauna and a steam room, for $1.53 million in 2007.

But at least, according to county papers, Marrow had enough left to pay off his $1.2 million-mortgage — even if he lost nearly a quarter mil!
