The monster that University of Florida researchers found in the Everglades earlier this year (above) illustrates painfully why the irresponsible snake owners who dump their pets in the swamp should face criminal charges!
This female Burmese python caught in March then euthanized in April shattered previous records.
It measured 17 feet, 7 inches – more than twice Miami Heat star LeBron James‘ height!

Worse: The snake carried 87 eggs!
Burmese pythons have become a huge problem in the environmentally sensitive Everglades because they’re known to eat just about anything that lives, including small deer.
