Chad Johnson was released from the Broward County slammer late this morning in Fort Lauderdale (Splash News)

The Miami Dolphins‘ front office may want to take a look at the Davie Police report that spells out the details of a domestic violence incident that sent free agent Chad Johnson to jail overnight.

According to the report just obtained by Gossip Extra, Johnson head-butted VH-1 reality TV star Evelyn Lozada while the two argued in their tiny Smart car parked in the driveway of their house in Davie.

Then, as Basketball Wives‘ Lozada ran away to a neighbor’s house, the wide receiver formerly known as Ochocinco, 34, started screaming: “I don’t give a f…, I don’t give a f… about my career!”

By the way, the report shows Johnson told police that Lozada is the one who head-butted him during an argument over her discovery of a Walgreen’s receipt for a box of condoms.

Lozada told cops she confronted Johnson about the condoms while unloading groceries from the car about 7 p.m. last night. She said she found the receipt in the trunk. She told Davie police the two starting talking about the receipt and the state of their six-week-old marriage when Johnson became upset.

Johnson was charged with domestic battery and released this morning on $,2500-bond.

Lozada received medical treatment and is said to be moved in with friends.
