Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson Arrested!

Miami Dolphins free agent wide receiver Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson was arrested a couple hours ago by Davie Police, a law enforcement source tells Gossip Extra.

The flamboyant Johnson is accused of headbutting his wife of six weeks, reality TV’s Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada, in their car during an argument.

The Miami Herald is reporting that the argument was over the VH-1 star Lozada’s discovery of a receipt for condoms in Johnson’s possession!

Cops say Lozada, 36, suffered lacerations to her forehead.

In Florida, domestic violence suspects like Johnson cannot be released from custody until they see a judge.

The lovebirds, who were married July 4 in Miami, are supposed to star in a new show slated to premiere in September and titled Eve & Ocho.

As a new member of the Dolphins, Johnson quickly established himself as one of the main characters on HBO’s Hard Knocks, a weekly documentary that shows the team’s pre-season. During the premiere, rookie head coach Joe Philbin gave Johnson the “what for” after Johnson’s four-letter words during a press conference.

On the show, Johnson also claimed Lozada withdraws sex when he doesn’t play well.
