Superstar Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte may have to use his games earnings to bail his parents out of a pool-sized debt!
A foreclosure action filed in Volusia County in May shows that the five-medal winner’s mom and pop, Steven and Ileana Lochte, quit paying for the mortgage on their Port Orange home in February 2011!
And now CitiMortgage wants the 1,692-square-foot house just south of Daytona Beach, which they bought in 1996 for $135,000!
The Lochtes, who are now divorced, took out a $258,000-loan in 2007 and are supposed to pay $1609.58 each month.
Now that they stopped, Citi claims they owe about $250,000, including fees, penalties and the leftover principal.
The Lochtes filed a motion to dismiss the case but there has been no ruling yet by the judge.
Cuban born Ileana Lochte, aka Ike, has been a visible presence by her son’s side in London. She made news there when she told the Fleet Street press that hunk Ryan is on a steady diet of one-night stands.
