An amateur sex tape of one of the stars of the short-lived South Florida-based ABC series Charlies Angels, which bombed in the fall after filming here for most of last year, is being proposed to some celebrity websites and TV shows.
The sites’ nervous lawyers are involved, however, because actress Minka Kelly, the hottie filmed doing the horizontal mambo with a former boyfriend in New Mexico, may have been under age when the footage was filmed!

How would they know?
The actress, who’s now 32 and best known for being New York Yankees slugger Derek Jeter‘s almost wife, is seen doing the thang with music on the background.
It is Brandy‘s Never Say Never tune — which came out two weeks before Kelly turned 18 in 1998!
