Troubled Hollywood starlet Lindsay Lohan‘s equally troubled dad and Boca Raton tabloid reporter Kate Major (above) are expecting a baby!

They conceived despite the existence of a Palm Beach County domestic violence order mandating the 52-year-old Michael Lohan to stay away from Major.

The oft-rehabbed drug addict and boozer Major, 29, is said to be in her first trimester. Photos of her baby bump surfaced over the weekend.

Back in January, it was her mug shot that appeared everywhere after Boca Raton Police arrested her at her complex during an argument with neighbors.

A couple weeks later, Michael Lohan turned up at Good Sam Medical Center in West Palm Beach with a blood clot.

Lohan was supposed to have been holed up in a Singer Island rehab facility but said in April that Major has been trying to get pregnant.

Rumors are that both Major and Lohan are both broke and jobless. Lohan, by the way, has five children with Lindsay’s mom, Dina, and has been accused of being a deadbeat.

    If Kate Major can get a restraining against Milo and still get knocked up by her on and off love mess one has to wonder how long it takes the unborn child to seek a restraining order against its parents as they go about the messy task of being love sick and battered….?
