Baby Makes it a Threesome For WPTV’s Jay Cashmere, Wife

Introducing Cruz Edward Cashmere who, minutes after his birth, is already attempting to look straight at the camera!

Weighing in at 7 pounds 8 ounces, Cruz was born to WPTV-Channel 5 reporter and WFLX-Fox 29 anchorman Jay Cashmere, 36, and his wife of a year, 33-year-old Kelly Hafferly Cashmere, at 5:17 p.m. yesterday at Jupiter Medical Center in Jupiter.

Jay Cashmere described witnessing the birth of his son as “an amazing and emotional day.”

Obviously, mom and newbie are doing just fine, too.
