Just-engaged singing sensation and actress Miley Cyrus is fast becoming a permanent fixture in South Florida.

After spending several weeks here last month then leaving to get engaged to Aussie actor Liam Hemsworth (The Hunger Games), the 19-year-old ex-star of Hannah Montana returned to her familiar haunt at Miami Beach’s Delano Hotel this week.

Technically, she’s here to finish recording the new music she’s been working on for most of the year.

But it’s not been all work and no play for the diamond ring-sporting daughter of country superstar Billy Ray Cyrus!

Miley materialized at the hotel pool several times this week, turning the heads of Euro tourists with her toned bod and sprawling tattoo of a dreamcatcher.

The singer of Party in the USA, however, has been soaking with an unidentified man, sparking rumors she’s playing the field!
