Evelyn Lozada’s Basketball Wives Defamation Booboo All Better Now

Defamation? Looks like Chad Ochocinco is the one defaming Evelyn Lozada recently in Miami Beach (Click on the photo for more shots of celebrities throughout South Florida)
The defamation lawsuit brought in October by Miami’s Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada against the website MediaTakeout has been quietly settled.
The site last year claimed VH-1 star Lozada was cheating on her football-playing fiancé Chad Ochocinco with his friend Terrell Owens.

What’s more, the site claimed Lozada, who once was engaged to former Miami Heat star Antoine Walker, was pregnant and planned to quit the show.
Apparently, none of it was true.
The site wouldn’t retract, so Lozada sued in a Miami-Dade court.
Neither her lawyer nor MediaTakeout’s mouthpiece commented, except to say that the resolution came complete with a confidentiality agreement.
