Jack Schneider, the Great White Shark’s lawyer, declined comment, as did Wetherington’s representatives.
According to the filing, the accident when the car that Norman was driving “came in contact” with another motor vehicle operated by Wetherington on a private property just north of Norman’s mansion on South Beach Road.
Wetherington is asking for damages in excess of $15,000.
