Pudgy singer Billy Joel is really Moving Out!

The rock’n'roll hall-of-famer, who turns 63 today, put his Miami Beach mansion on the market Monday.

Asking price: $14.75 million!

The Mediterranean-style crib, on the exclusive enclave of La Gorce Island, boasts seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms on a more-than-reasonable 9,000 square feet.

It has a Spanish-style courtyard as well as a 180-degree view of the bay, plus 150 feet of waterfront.

And this being Billy Joel’s place, it also has what is described by realtors as a world-class bar area with its own wine cellar.

One negative: The yearly tax bill on the property is $125,000!

The New York City-based singer of Piano Man and Allentown bought the digs in 2006 for $13.5 million, records show.

Joel spent most winters there and hasn’t commented on whether he’s leaving the area all together.

    Found a beautiful house with water, boat access, beach front property….Just a little $$$$ 14.75 Million. But I could see Dan and Bobby here:) I’d sell this for that. :)
