Yep, those are two dog leashes that held a 7-year-old in a toy car from the rest of traffic! (Splash News)
Meet Paul and Belinda Berloni (above).
They’re the grandparents of a 7-year-old girl — and their attempt to show the little one a red-neck of a good time landed them in jail.

The Sarasota couple, you see, decided to tow the girl in her toy car behind their Ford Explorer on a paved road.
The granddaughter didn’t wear a helmet and sported only a bathing suit. She was only attached to the SUV with two dog leashes with the tips weaved together, and Grandma cheered her on from the back of the Ford.
Sarasota County Sheriff’s deputies eventually pulled the crew over — only to find out that Gramps, who drove the SUV, was allegedly smashed!
Heeee-haaaawww, y’all!
And the cap on this bottle of Pabst Blue Ribbon: Grandpa, 49, drove without a license.
It had been revoked years ago after this third DUI conviction.
Granny Berloni, 47, said she was well aware of the dangers involved in their joy ride but said they were having too much fun and had been doing it “all day.”
The girl’s dad showed up before the grandparents were taken away in handcuffs and reportedly told them: “Are you f…… stupid?”
The Berlonis were each charged with one count of child endangerment. Paul Berloni is being held on additional charges of DUI and driving with a suspended license.
