Teen pop sensation Justin Bieber and his girlfriend, Disney star Selena Gomez, check into The Inn at Admiral's Cove in Jupiter this afternoon (Special to Gossip Extra)

The stories making noise this A.M. in South Florida:

– My spies at in Jupiter tell me officials with the chi-chi The Club at Admiral’s Cove, the country club that Admiral’s Cove residents can join for upward of $30,000 a year, are investigating how this photo of teen pop sensation Justin Bieber and his galpal Selena Gomez on the property ended up in Gossip Extra minutes after their arrival Friday. Club managers have gone as far as threatening to suspend for a year the membership of anyone caught disseminating photos or videos of Bieber’s weekend at The Club’s boutique hotel. “I can understand them,” said one member. “Bieber and that girl were guests at a wedding that a member hosted, and their photo is online the minute they got here. A country club’s supposed to be private.” Admiral’s Cove security, meanwhile, went as far as ramming a paparazzo’s boat floating nearby — on a public waterway. No one was hurt, and the paps went away after Jupiter cops sided with the club’s goons and threatened to arrest the pap. (Click here for more)

– Palm Beach County Circuit Judge Jeffrey Colbath hinted that he could take the unusual step of calling back to court the jury that convicted Wellington polo mogul John Goodman of DUI manslaughter. Colbath had given himself until Friday to come up with a solution to complaints by Goodman’s defense that jurors didn’t follow Colbath’s instructions, including that they do not talk to one another about the case until deliberation.Colbath indicated he may interview the alternate juror who first made the allegations, then the others if he feels the need. Goodman’s high-priced attorneys are trying to win a new trial for Goodman, who faces up to 30 years in prison at his sentencing April 30. (Click here for more from the Sun-Sentinel)

– And finally, get a hold of this: Zookeepers at Bush Gardens in Tampa report the unsual friendship between a baby cheetah missing a role model and a Labrador pup. The 8-week-old cheetah, Kasi, arrived recently from the Jacksonville Zoo, where its mother wasn’t taking proper care of him. To keep Kasi company, the Bush Gardens folks got the Lab, Mtani, at a local shelter – and the two hit it off. (Click here for more from tampabay.com)
