Anna Kournikova — a Single Woman! — Sells Miami Beach Home

The deed to the Miami Beach house that retired tennis hottie Anna Kournikova sold last month for $7.4 million may answer a burning question: Is she, or isn’t she married to music heartthrob Enrique Iglesias?

While they are very much an item, neither has ever been straight about it. They change their stories every few months. One day, they are married. The next, it’s denied.

The deed to the Sunset Lake ivy-covered mansion, an official document certified to be true lists Kournikova, 30, as “a single woman.” She wouldn’t lie on a deed, would she?

At 30, meanwhile, the former trainer on NBC’s The Biggest Loser made a couple bucks on the house. She bought the 6,500-square-foot, 7-bedroom Mediterranean house with her parents in 2000 for $5 million. Eventually, her folks deeded the house fully to her in 2005, according to records.

Kournikova put the house on the market in May for $9.4 million but recently dropped the price substantially.
