Injured Miami Heat superstar Dwyane Wade hobbled to his 30th birthday party at the Setai South Beach hotel Sunday night in Miami Beach!

Once he arrived, he did get a little help from his friends, though.

His actress galpal Gabrielle Union, sporting a stunning neckline, didn’t spare the PDAs.

Rappers Common, T.I. and Rick Ross stopped by.

Songbird Kelly Rowland sang ”happy birthday!”

And teammate LeBron James (whose birthday was celebrated on New Year’s Eve), as well as former Heat center Alonzo Mourning paid their respects.

In all, more than 400 of Wade’s closest friends showed up.

But when it came to opening presents, Wade got a whopper: a $229,000-McLaren exotic car custom-made for an NBA-star!
