Calvin Klein Unloads Sexy Miami Beach Digs

Clothier Calvin Klein is supposed to ink the sale of his Miami Beach studio apartment sometime today.

Klein, 69, is unloading the 970-square-foot studio that’s been his since 2005. He listed the fourth-floor condo at 301 Ocean Drive for $950,000 but the purchase price is in the $850,000-range, a source close to the deal told Gossip Extra.

While the 45-year-old building is nothing to look at from the outside, Klein is selling the tastefully-done interior as is, including the furnishings, bed sheets, art and the Chris Makos-designed surfboard in the shower.

Showing there was really nothing between Calvin and his guests, the pastel studio’s wide-open floor doesn’t offer the occupants of the two beds, or showers, any privacy. But the view on the ocean and the south part of Ocean Drive is partly what attracted buyer Glenn Finn, COO for New York’s Tweedy, Browne Co. investment advisors.

Finn made news in New York last year for selling a condo for $7 million, a 60 percent return on his purchase of the condo two years earlier.
