According to real estate records, the movie star actually made a few bucks on the sale of the 2,000-square-foot, three-bed, three-bath crib at the Equestrian Club Estates. On the paperwork, she listed her address as 610 West End Avenue, New York City.

Close bought in Wellington for $530,000 so that her daughter, Annie Starke, 23, could train and compete in show jumping. Starke’s interests have now switched to acting on Broadway.

So Close sold the place to Texas equestrian Becky Gochman, for $540,000. She wanted $575,000.
